Every employee takes part in an annual competency review and training planning process where contributions and continuous professional development are analyzed and planned for the year ahead. Employees select in-house and external training courses from our extensive training catalogue and also have access to Ferrovial's Summa University where intensive training courses are offered throughout the year.
